1. Purpose
GoRabbit helps small and mid-sized businesses reach their customers through planned, continuous marketing and sales. All collection, processing and publishing takes place within applicable law and the platforms' own terms — and always with human confirmation before anything goes out.
2. Core principles
- Human control: The machine proposes, the human confirms. No outgoing action takes place without a human having approved it.
- Transparency: We use only publicly available information and data the customer owns or provides.
- Consent: Personal data is processed on a clear basis, and contact takes place only where the recipient can easily opt out.
- Security: Storage and access are controlled and logged.
- Control: The data subject can request access, change or deletion.
3. Data sources
GoRabbit uses publicly available information — public registers, the customer's own channels and data the customer provides. We do not retrieve private user content from closed areas, and we do not process personal data without a valid basis.
4. Channels and publishing
Automated publishing takes place only on the customer's own connected channels — via the platforms' official interfaces (for example Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Instagram, email and SMS). GoRabbit does not publish automatically in third-party groups or communities. Where a platform does not allow automation, we solve it with suggestions for manual participation — never by circumventing the platform's rules.
5. Platform terms and limitations
- GoRabbit complies at all times with the platforms' terms of use and technical limitations.
- We use only official, approved interfaces, and adapt to changes in the platforms' rules on an ongoing basis.
- Where automation is not permitted, we offer transparent alternatives: suggestions, manual approval and publishing on own channels.
6. Human confirmation
All outgoing content is presented as a proposal and must be approved by a human before publishing. Automation never takes irreversible actions on its own — the core of the whole platform is that AI never has the last word.
7. Storage, operation and privacy
- The whole solution is operated within the EU/EEA, and personal data is processed under GDPR.
- Storage and access are controlled, and significant events are logged.

8. Transparency
This page shows the current policy version. Significant changes are announced at least 14 days before they take effect.
9. Governance
The GoRabbit Compliance Policy is managed by NiceLife Group and applies to all development and operation of the GoRabbit platform.
