    Responsible for the analysis and planning phases of Fund- and Asset Management business of the Norwegian branch of Danske Bank’s migration to the Nordea organization.

    Established an exclusive distribution network for High-End product lines in Norway, including selecting professional dealers, B2B and setting up the e-commerce site koffertkompaniet.no. Brands: RIMOWA, CALVIN KLEIN, DKNY, RONCATO, VAUDE and NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC.

    All activities organised in MVH House of Brands AS (now merged into MVH NiceLife.no AS).

    • Re-engineering the Performance Calculation solution.
    • Optimising and implementing a new and consistent Investment Structure across the entire value chain.
    • Re-engineering the Value Chain for Funds- and Discretionary Clients, including selecting and implementing a new Communication and Reporting solution and DataWarehouse, with STP across all processes.
    • Launching new derivatives instruments to the organisation; setting up optimised processes and control procedures, including an EMIR-compliant solution.
    • Migrating the fund company Danske Invest into Danske Capital, Denmark.
    • Optimising the operations of Fund- and Asset Management in Danske Capital, Finland.
