GoRabbit Studio comes in three plans. Standard costs 190 NOK/month and includes CoreRabbit. Premium costs 490 NOK/month and gives you expanded capacity and functionality. Platinum costs 990 NOK/month and is for those who need the full package — multiple brands, high capacity, priority support. On top of the plan you can add modules at 249 NOK/month each: CampaignRabbit, ControlRabbit, HunterRabbit, MatchRabbit, DialogRabbit, FollowUpRabbit and ShopRabbit. If you use multiple modules you get a discount: 2 modules 10%, 4 modules 15%, all 6 modules 20% (called GoRabbitSuite). No lock-in on any of the plans.

The discount is calculated automatically based on how many modules you have active at the same time. With 2 active modules you get 10% off the module price. With 4 active modules you get 15%. With 6 or more active modules you get 20% — called GoRabbitSuite. The discount applies only to the module price (249 NOK/month per module), not the Studio plan itself. Quick math: using all 6 modules the list price is 6 × 249 = 1,494 NOK/month, but with 20% off it's 1,195.20 NOK/month. You save around 300 NOK/month by taking the whole suite. The discount auto-adjusts if you add or remove modules.

No lock-in — you can upgrade, downgrade or terminate at any time.

No. You can upgrade, downgrade or terminate at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing period — no notice period and no exit fees. If you pay monthly, you can cancel monthly. If you've chosen to prepay a full year (for a discount) the remainder isn't refunded on cancellation, but you keep access through the period. We've made sure the barrier is low both to start and to leave — you should be a customer because it works, not because you're locked in.

Card, invoice and direct debit — you pick the method in account settings.

We support the common payment methods for small and medium-sized businesses in Europe: card (Visa, Mastercard), invoice (for business customers after credit check) and direct debit via our payment provider. You pick the method in your account settings and can change it whenever you want. Invoices are sent electronically and contain everything you need for accounting. If you have special requirements — such as a purchase order or fixed quarterly billing instead of monthly — get in touch and we'll find a solution.

You can export everything in open formats. Personal data is deleted within 30 days after export.

Your data is yours. When you cancel, you get the opportunity to export everything you've put in — customer lists, campaigns, images, segments and performance data — in open formats (CSV, JSON). After export we delete your personal data in line with GDPR — within 30 days unless you've requested otherwise. Aggregated and anonymised patterns may be retained as part of the platform's general learning, but never in a way that can be traced back to you or your customers. Prices are ex. VAT — 25% VAT added for Norwegian businesses, EU rules apply for cross-border.

Prices shown on gorabbit.no are exclusive of VAT. For Norwegian businesses 25% VAT is added on the invoice. For customers in other EU countries VAT is handled according to the rules for cross-border digital services (typically reverse charge for B2B).
