You create an account at gorabbit.no, pick a plan (Standard, Premium or Platinum) and optionally add modules. Then you go through a short onboarding form where you tell us who you are, what you sell, who your audience is and which channels you want to use. That's the only "filling-in job" you do — after that, the platform takes over. You get access to the dashboard immediately and can start producing campaigns the same day.

The setup itself takes 15–30 minutes. You fill in basic company information, describe what you sell and who you sell to, connect the channels you want to use (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email), and set the tone. The platform is multi-tenant from day one — meaning a new customer is added as configuration, not as a new installation. There's no development work, no waiting period and no setup fee. Once you're done you can start building your first campaign right away.

Email, a short business description, OAuth access to your channels, and a payment method.

You need four things. An email address for your account, a short description of what your business does and who you sell to, access to the channels you want to use (typically Facebook page, Instagram account, LinkedIn profile — you authorise them via OAuth, not by providing passwords), and a payment method for the subscription. You don't need ready-made images, a finished graphic profile or a planned campaign calendar — the platform produces that based on what you tell us about your business. If you already have a logo and colour palette you want to use, you can upload it, but it's optional.

Self-service by default, but support is available by email if you get stuck.

Yes. You can do everything yourself via the dashboard if you want — it's built to be self-service — but you can also contact support if you get stuck. We answer questions and can guide you through the setup. On the Premium and Platinum plans you get faster response times. Yes. You can import customer lists, email lists and product data via CSV or directly from existing systems like Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Mailchimp. If you have a specific integration you need, get in touch — we've built the platform with open integrations at the core (REST API, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, OpenAPI spec) and can often connect to your source system directly. Imported data belongs to you from day one, just like data you add later.

The Standard plan starts at 190 NOK/month with no lock-in. That's a low entry point that lets you try the platform for several months at the cost of a lunch. If you'd rather test the concept without a fixed monthly price, you can start with No-Sale-No-Pay — we build the online shop with no upfront cost and you pay either 249 NOK/month or 10% per sale (max 300 NOK per order). We've made sure the barrier is low enough that you don't need a formal trial period to see if the platform fits.
