Via the dashboard — effective from the next billing period. No notice, no exit fees.

You cancel via the dashboard — there's a button under "Account and subscription". The cancellation takes effect from the next billing period, and you keep full access through the period you've already paid for. There's no notice period and no exit fees. If you've prepaid for a full year, you cancel the same way, but the remaining amount isn't refunded (you keep access through the period). If you want to keep your data before the account is closed, export it first — see the export question in the same category.

Export is available from the dashboard under "Account and subscription" or directly from each module containing data. You can export customer lists, email lists, campaigns, images, segments, orders and performance data in open formats — typically CSV and JSON. For larger datasets or more complex exports you can request a full data package delivered as a zip file within 5 working days. Export is available both during your subscription and in the period between cancellation and account deletion. There's no cost associated with export.

Personal data is deleted within 30 days after cancellation — anonymised patterns may be retained.

After the cancellation takes effect, you have a short period where you can log in and export what you want to take with you. Personal and identifying data is then deleted in line with GDPR — within 30 days unless you've explicitly requested otherwise, or unless we have a legal obligation to retain certain data longer (e.g. accounting data). Aggregated and anonymised patterns may be retained as part of the platform's general learning (WarmUp), but these are non-identifying and cannot be traced back to you or your customers. Deletion is confirmed in writing if you request it.

Yes — you can create a new account anytime and import exported data, or restore to original state if little time has passed.

Yes. You can create a new account at any time. If a short enough time has passed that we haven't yet deleted your data, we can restore your account to its original state at no cost — just get in touch. If the data has already been deleted (after the 30-day window), you start fresh — but you can re-import what you exported when you cancelled, so nothing is really lost. Many customers come back after a break, particularly if they have seasonal variation or have tried something else and want to return.

Like a regular cancellation — you keep customer data and content, the shop is taken down unless you've taken it over.

You cancel the same way as a regular subscription, and the cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. If you've been on fixed pricing (249 NOK/month) billing simply ends. If you've been on results-based pricing (10% per sale) a settlement is done for sales up to and including the cancellation date. After cancellation you keep your own customer data, order history, product information and content — you export it the same way as other data. The shop itself (code and setup) is taken down, unless you've chosen to take it over after 3 active years.

Commission on referred customers keeps running while they're active — you only lose the right to refer new ones.

You can withdraw as a partner at any time. Commission for customers you've already referred continues according to the model that applied when the customer was referred (50% year 1, 30% in subsequent continuous years) — as long as the customer is active. You don't lose earned or future commission on existing customers by ending the partnership, only the opportunity to refer new ones.
