GoRabbit is owned and operated by NiceLife.no and is built by Morten von Hafenbradl, an entrepreneur with 30 years of building companies behind him. The platform is the result of many years of observing that small business owners have the same needs as large ones, but not the same tools — and that the standard solutions the market offers are built for marketing departments, not for one person who also invoices, packs and delivers themselves. GoRabbit EcoSystem III is the third major generation of the platform and represents the mature form of the idea.

Marit is the main character in the story we use to show what GoRabbit actually does. She's 52, from Stavanger, and runs a small online shop selling hand-knitted baby clothes. She's fictional, but composed from feedback from real customers — solopreneurs who love their craft and feel marketing steals time from what they really want to be doing. We follow Marit through seven episodes as she takes on module by module: Studio and its foundation, then HunterRabbit, ShopRabbit, MatchRabbit, DialogRabbit and ServiceRabbit, and finally ControlRabbit which ties everything together. Marit isn't a real person — but the customer she represents is very real.

Marit's friend who runs a marketing agency — the face of our white-label model.

Kari is Marit's friend and runs a small marketing agency. She first appears in the story as a friend Marit calls for help — and who explains that the agency costs from 18,000 NOK/month, far above what Marit can handle. Later in the story Kari calls back and asks: "We want to use GoRabbit for our customers — under our brand. Is that possible?" That's the start of Season 2, where Kari becomes the face of our white-label model. Like Marit, Kari is fictional, but she represents a real type of partner: agencies and consultants who see that the GoRabbit engine can be used as their own delivery.

Because it works better than bullet lists. The SMB owner doesn't have time to read technical documents to figure out whether a platform fits. She needs to see herself in a situation — Sunday evening, empty order list, three apps that don't talk to each other — and recognise how the platform solves precisely that. Marit isn't a real person, but the problems she has are real and shared by thousands of Nordic SMB owners. We use stories because they're the shortest path from "I'm reading about a product" to "I understand what it does for me". That doesn't mean the technical detail is glossed over — our Module Catalogue and TechPitch document go into detail on everything under the hood.

EcoSystem III is the third major generation of the GoRabbit platform. The first two generations solved more limited problems around publishing and campaign management. EcoSystem III brings together three products (Studio, No-Sale-No-Pay, No-Hit-No-Pay) and a family of modules that all build on the same foundation and share what they know about your business. It represents the mature form of the idea — where marketing, sales, customer dialogue and prospecting aren't separate tools but parts of the same engine. When you see "EcoSystem III" in our materials, it refers to today's version of the platform — what you actually buy.

Short term: complete announced modules. Medium/long term: Nordic and European expansion, more white label.

In the short term: completing the four announced modules (ServiceRabbit, PolyRabbit, MediaRabbit, AdRabbit) and rolling them out to existing customers. Medium term: expanding the platform's language and market coverage beyond Norway — first to the Nordic markets, then further into Europe via the PolyRabbit pack. Longer term: building out the white-label and strategic-partner tracks so the GoRabbit engine can sit behind multiple brands and distribution channels, and continuing to build the platform based on what we hear from customers — ServiceRabbit, for instance, came about because a customer asked. We have a clear direction, but we're not particularly fond of promising dates in public documentation — we lean towards delivering first and talking about it after.
